I recently purchased a pair of Nike flip flops from Myntra and I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. A Slide That Looks Unlike Any Other

From the moment I unboxed these, I could not get over how good they look. The layered materials in the form of the stitched suede and tag along with the embroidered swooshes give the strap an aesthetic depth and complexity not found on any other slides that I know of. In addition to this, a two tone foam base and transparent air bubble pod provide a modern, “high-tech” look to the slides as well. So, if you’re just in need of a pair of slides, you could probably find a much cheaper pair that would offer a similar if not exact same feel. Where this particular pair excels is in the visual department and there I have yet to see slides that look cooler than these. Having been wearing these for the past couple of weeks, I absolutely recommend them if you want a pair of slides that look unlike any other. I will definitely be wearing these daily and excitedly await to see what other colorways become available over the life cycle of these slides as a product.

Air Max 1 style, as slides

I love Air Max 1 shoes; they’ve been every day shoes for me for years because of their comfort and style.These Air Max 1 slides definitely have the style down. The strap and exposed heel air unit of these slides really recapture the style of the shoe, and the plushness of the strap is a nice, comfortable touch. On the downside, the “insole” is pretty firm, so it’s hard to feel much of the air unit underneath.Because of that combined with the heel being slightly raised, I probably wouldn’t use these slides if I had to do any significant amount of walking. I also wouldn’t want to get the straps wet. The plush straps would probably absorb a lot of water. However, I think these slides are perfect as “gym slides”. A little bit of myself, I’m around 180 lbs, 5’10” ish. Love basketball.This slipper is super lightweight while equipped with a big air max unit at the heel side. Comfortable Slides

I ordered my usual Nike shoe size and the fit was perfect for the Nike Airmax 1 Slides. For those that like to wear socks with sandals, you won’t need to size up any in these either.I am a huge fan of the design, the top inside part is like a soft terry material with a lot of cushion built in. They had a good amount of sole traction too. The overall slide has a lot of texture which I like as well and they seem like they’ll be easy enough to keep clean.These are comfortable and nice to lounge in, but also work great for throwing on after the gym to run around town in. I’m really digging the Air Max 1 silhouette that this slide is referencing. It adds a “if you know, you know” feeling to it. This slide runs true-to-size on me and fits nicely. The plush forefoot strap is padded so that definitely adds to the comfort. I can wear this slide without socks, but I usually wear them to the gym with my socks on so I can switch into my shoes easily. Also after hooping, these slides are perfect to keep my feet feeling comfortable while my shoes air out. Nike did a great job of adding small details to the slide to mimic the AM1. My favorite details are the Air Max unit in the heel and the traction pattern on the bottom. Overall this is a great slide to have in your rotation. I just missed receiving my Airmax 1 Slides before a trip to the beaches of Mexico. Since then, I slide them on every day after work. Somehow the air pocket is as comfortable in a slide as in an OG pair of Airmax 1. The insole of the slide is designed with a subtle pebble texture that provides a good grip for footwear without a heal. The upper has a soft woven inner that fits well with or without socks and sizing is True To Size, (the air pocket is right under my heal on the same size I order all of my Nikes). My only critique of these slides – the truncated swoosh on the upper. It is quite a bit shorter than on the originals and I know this is one of many examples of the design teams working with the swoosh in compelling compositions. I was able to try the Nike Airmax Slide 1 the other day and I have to admit, they were very comfortable. I was a bit surprised too. Usually slides for me are something to put on when you need to run an errand to the store or you’re going around the corner to meet up with some friends at their house.I would probably need to wear as size down as they were little big and I like my slides snug on my feet. The strap of the slide felt comfortable on against my foot. Very well padded. It didn’t give me any pressure or pain while wearing, which is great for my feet. Sometimes you don’t want to put on sneakers and want to have slides on that doesn’t hurt your feet. It mimics the Nike Air Max 1, which shows the uniqueness of the slide. The waffle pattern of the bottom of the shoe shows the detail as if it was an actual shoe. You’re able to the feel the difference from the back of the slide to the front. With the heel being a little chunkier than the front, you can feel that compression when you lean back on the slide.If I was going to change anything about the slide, it would be to have an adjustable strap. For a slide, I didn’t really have high expectations, but I was happy about the way these turned out.

Style and function

Love how Nike transformed the Air Max into a slide. Not only are they stylish, they are comfortable and they fit very well. They are true to size. The fabric at the top of the foot is very cushioned and the slide itself is supportive for the entire foot. Comfortable enough to walk longer distances as they have soles like a tennis shoe. I wear them walking my dog, poolside, casually with socks. They are very versatile. The one negative is they are a white fabric (not plastic) so they'll show dirt easily. Im a big fan of these slides. But I'd like them more if they were a different color and if the top of the slide wasn't a fabric so I can keep them looking out of the box new.

I wore them for all of one full day, until my son got home from school and he declared them as his own. They have become his after sports slides, his walk to the hammock shoes, his car shoes, basically the kid has lived in them for the last couple of weeks. The Nike Air Max 1 we have are men’s 9. They fit my feet perfectly. For my son, they are a smidge too big in length but fine in the width and arch.These are the first pair of slides in the family that are made of a plush slide with suede. I wouldn’t want to wear these in the rain or as pool shoes. I would think the plush when wet would get heavy. With the awesome Nike Air technology, you CAN NOT put them in the dryer (learned that back in the 80’s), which means air drying them.As my son would say, my “formal” pair of summer shoes. The mix of a sneaker and a sandal, perfect for both women and men who want form, function and style.
