Snooza dog beds are definitely the best quality and customer service excellent I've experienced. We have two Hungarian Vizslas. I Originally bought the large hoodies and found them too small. The staff were wonderful and I had no problem exchanging them for XL calming cuddlers which work a treat with the deep sides they cuddle into., I also like the fact that we can get repairs done and extra filling when needed. Less waste, Aussie made, when and if I need to buy again, it will be a Snooza
The bed is perfect for purpose. Our dog, Turlough, likes to have a bed in a corner of our bedroom, but the spot is adjacent to an external wall. While he had a much-loved cosy snuggler, we felt there was too much cold in the wall for an old dog (he's 13.5 years old), and the Hoodie Cuddler would both block the cold and trap his body heat. He was hesitant for a couple of days, even going to another room early in the morning to enjoy his other bed, but then decided that he really likes the Hoodie Cuddler. It certainly keeps him warm and he's always been partial to sleeping in a 'cave', such as under a coffee table. A great success.
As described - would like a detachable hood section - my dog didn’t like being inside it at all. He was only on it to eat kibble. Oh and wee on it when it first arrived.He still squeezes into his super snooza and the calming cuddler has gone to a worthy cause
Our puppy loves the hoodie cuddler exceptThe hoodie doesn't stay up for long, and puppy doesn't like it collapsing on him. We had to insert a hard plastic tube to keep it up.
Delivery was prompt and within 24 hours the Hoodie Cuddler was the top spot for our two middle aged cats. It’s soft and the fabric is dense and plush - and it also looks fine in the living room.
Fabulous product. My two 7 week old Cavalier King Charles Spaniels love it. They rumble in it and on the roof, bite it, jump on the roof and generally have a great time. They like sleeping on top of it when they are hot. Roof restores well after being jumped on.It is very soft and suitable for delicate puppy skin.
Amazed at how quickly it was delivered, ordered Monday & arrived Wednesday!My dog seems very happy with it, but we are having the odd middle of the night issue of getting back in... guessing he's got his sleep head on since there's no problem at bedtime!
