The “ Lola” Pet Carrier looks good but that’s where it ends. There is a major fault in the design with the handles which sit firmly right over where the dog’s head is. This makes the carrier completely unfit for purpose for the small dogs it is designed for. I was assured by staff that this is an ideal carrier for my 3.5 kilo Pomeranian but with the handles sitting firmly over his head of course he is very uncomfortable and the carrier unusable. Customer service in relation to this problem is zero.

Best bed ever. My girl loves it. She has deep sleeps and she can choose every time a new position. It is the rigth misure. Perfect. And the matress is so confy. I will definetly raccomend for a medium size dog. She is preatty long. 80cm, and this bed is perfect

I love this bed! More importantly, my mastiff is in heaven.She is so big and she LOVES to prop up her head or front legs on a higher surface.The high side walls allow for her to prop herself up, as she does, or to use the sides as a pillow, which she always does.On cold nights she snuggles her body into the side panels and she seems so comfortable!I have the big dog bed aswell, which she loves too. I have a bed in each room for her, but she goes to this one alot!The quality is absolutely fantastic as I have come to expect from Snooza and they haven't let down my expectations!Next week I am getting the Cuddler bed too, so she has a bed in my room aswell!I believe you get what you pay for and these beds are the highest quality I have seen in dog beds. ... MoreI love this bed!
