We like the bed. I am not keen on the bedsheets and pillowslips as I don't like the feel of the material. My husband thinks they are ok. Delivery person made a mistake and dropped off 3 extra sets of sheets and 3 extra mattress protectors. As we are honest people we returned them to the store. We also asked to exchange the pillows for lower / softer ones and were able to do so. Many thanks. All in all, a positive experience .
