I love this mascara. It does feel lightweight, soft, doesn’t smudge and is easy to remove. I find that it really separates and lengthens well the lashes. It also doesn’t clump when you build it up. This mascara does give a beautiful natural look. I like that the formula has ingredients to help maintain the health of the lashes and its consistency as it is not wet. This mascara has become a favourite.

I tried this mascara on a whim having been faithful to another company for years. I've not regretted the experiment! Lovely, natural looking lashes, mascara stays put until I want to remove it and then it cleans off beautifully. I go for brown rather than black as I am a woman of a certain age and it's meant to be more flattering so it's lovely that this is an option.

This is a very light mascara. It stays put and doesn't smudge or cause raccoon eyes by the end of the day. If you want more of a dramatic effect you need to apply several coats. One coat may not be enough for some. I don't think it is worth $80, however. I got talked into this by the sales lady and regret it but oh well. Luxury every now and again is ok. However, I think other mascaras that are cheaper are a little better, like Estée Lauder.

Listen, I understand that this is a *breathtakingly* expensive mascara, but it's SO good. It's such a lightweight and soft formula, and it's so easy to apply - I get perfectly feathery lashes with no clumping. It wears well, too - I've worn it outside on a 100+ degree day and it holds up just fine. As a bonus, it doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes at all, and it's easy to remove! The dark brown shade is interesting - from the product photos it seems like a true brown, but it's more of a really soft blackened brown. (One note: the packaging seems lovely and weighty but the threads the cap screws onto are pretty fragile - my first tube broke and wouldn't close right so I had to exchange it for a new one. Be careful when you close the tube!)

So that is something to watch out for with tears, afternoon naps, rain etc - it is not at all water resistant. However, I am happy to trade that for a mascara which removes so easily. The performance is good and it lasts all day. The effect is 'medium' on the impact scale, I find it lengthens, thickens, volumises and separates to my preference, but if you like really bold lashes and lots of impact this one might not be for you (unless you have great lashes - I don't!). I find this mascara does not like being 'played' with too much. I used many Sisley products before, but this was the first mascara. I was initially put off by the price but with a discount decided to give it a go. I have a very thin, light lashes, you can bearly see without a mascara.It covers lashes perfectly without clumping and does not flake away during the day (even in hot weather). It is really easy to remove.It made my lashes look long, full and natural. Very easy to apply, does not go dry with use. Does not irritate.Absolutely brilliant.
I love Sisley mascaras and in particular the So Stretch. I find the formulation to go on really easily and evenly and the wand is a really good shape for easy application. It is definitely buildable which is also very useful. The other thing I love is the depth of colour. The brown is a really good true, soft brown giving a very 'no makeup makeup' natural finish. The deep blue is incredible fory adding a pop to my blue/ grey eyes without it being obvious I am actually wearing blue. It has good staying power yet comes off easily with cleanser. Fabulous. The only reason why I've not given 5/5 is because the tube doesn't seem to last too long, although I am sure I get 6-9 months out of it so I would think that is probably fairly normal/ hygienic.
I love the Sisley range and this is the first mascara I have tried from Sisley after seeing it on Instagram. It a nice mascara but nothing particularly special for me. The applicator is a comb type, which does a good job of separating lashes but takes a bit of getting used to. The mascara is a nice deep black colour and covers the lashes well but for me I didn’t really get the ‘stretch’ I was expecting. A nice day to day mascara but not that false lash look.
