Great product, it gets me drinking water again (but way less boring), im looking forward to trying some flavors and id like to get a second one for a friend, i might get the upper model for its 3 settings.

Ive had a soda-stream before, so my product review is more a comparison. I dont believe the new design is compact, its huge. It is a nice finish and easy to wipe and clean. There is a technique to charging the plastic bottles that is a little difficult to get the hang of and until I realised my mistake of not charging longer, the water remained virtually in still form, very few bubbles. I am not a fan of the plastic bottles, my old glass ones were good size too. Single serve . I get you can make a family size bottle of soda but it takes many charges to get it really bubbly. The other thing that Im not a fan of is , the mark to fill the bottles doesnt allow for the soda feed to go into the water so that also stops the charge going into the water so that needs to be ... MoreIve had a soda-stream before, so my product review is more a comparison. This product missed the mark as it didn't fiss like I expected and The taste was metalic. I was hoping to replace the soda water that I buy at the supermarket but prefer the taste and sparkle of this product.
I bought this last month after consideration of being a constant buyer of bottled sparkling/soda water. I've used it so much, the bottles are great and durable too.
Doesnt fizz like my old Soda stream and the gas doesnt last as long either!
Did get in touch today as had not received item yet received later at 13:30 set up at 13:45 so far absolutely fabulous
