Love the taste because it's sort of tart-sweet and easy to chew. As with most sleep things, it's really hard to rate its effectiveness for that "activity." I do dream better with this and 5-HTP which is desirable, but I rarely can sleep as long as I'd like using this and a plethora of other products.

This is an easy chew tablet with good lemon lime flavor.I believe it works well to bring down my anxiety level.I also taking daily Positive Thoughts (Vitamin Shoppe) which contains St. John's Wort and GABA (amino acids).
I purchased this product to carry with me for when and wherever I need it! No water needed. Just pop it in your mouth and chew.
Tastes ok and helped me relax my brain and get to sleep.
Helps relaxation and reduces anxiety.
