I've been trying alot of whitening and anti-oxidant supplements like NAD+, NAC, Glutathione, white tomato, resveratrol, grapeseed, pycnogenol, you name it ive tried it. i have to say, NONE of them gave me the effects this PQQ has given me for the past 3 weeks! One day i was out for morning walk and i noticed that my legs were so much fairer and my complexion was glowing. This product is expensive, but you know what, its worth it, even if you have to sacrifice on other things. I buy two a month so i can take two pills a day and it absolutely makes a massive difference in my life. There is a refreshing, non-jittery energy boost, a glow that is just wonderful. I bought it for myself coz it has all that I need in lieu of my current solo reduced Glutathione supplement I have been taking. My clinical nutritionist cousin, always told me to buy NAC in addition to the reduced glutha. But because of the price of NAC available in healthy options, I did not buy until I found it here in iherb the plus combination of reduced Glutathione, PQQ, Co-Q10 and NAC and it’s a Solaray brand. Alrho quite expensive at 1,500 for a month, I bought it because of the contents. A few years ago, I started taking statins to reduce my cholesterol. At that time, I began having minor leg cramps. At the same time, my cholesterol improved significantly. I found a product online that said it would help with the statin caused leg pains. It was very successful but quite expensive. After using the other pills for a few years, I began searching for a more economical vegcap that had the same ingredients. That is when I found the Solaray PQQ CoQ-10 with NAC & Glutathione. It had the same ingredients but was priced much better than my initial product. I have been using this Solaray product for about 6 months now and have had very satisfactory results keeping the statin leg pains at bay.
A great supplement for immunity. I love the combination of ingredients in a bottle. The quality is great. The price is reasonable. I guess it’s great for all adults. I took it when I was down with Covid and it makes my breathing easier. There was no funny taste.
