I like that this Vit K2 7 is made naturally from fermented chickpeas. Soltay is a long standing reputable vitamin company.The capsules are easily swallowed and have no smell. Our American diet is generally lacking in this vitamin and am glad to take this dosage as studies have shown bone density improvement with this in your diet.
