Avoid this treadmill and save yourself a ton of money and dread. I have never in my life experienced the awful customer service I have from this company. After only 3 short months, the treadmill has stopped keeping speed and has slowed down. 5mph is now 3 mph. And so on. I contacted customer service many weeks ago and they respond to each question or response one day at a time. Never experienced such slow incompetence in my life. Their faulty machine that has cost me close to $5000 is now a piece of junk in the basement with no resolution yet. Dyaco is an extremely disappointing company who is the seller of Sole treadmills and I HIGHLY recommend avoiding. They simply do not care about their customers once the purchase is made. Have had the treadmill now for 4 months and have put roughly 700km’s on it. No issues, motor is strong, and treadmill is quiet!
