The F65 treadmill is working as Id expected. Its just as quiet as the pro models at the gym. I like the buttons on the side for increasing/decreasing speed and incline. The screen is adequate for the data it needs to display. I use it primarily for walking at Zone 2 but have done some running on it also for VO2 max. I walk/run around 5 miles/day. Last winter I sat on my **** most of the time and it almost killed me. I worked hard over the summer to get in shape and am committed to staying that way this winter. I also have a cycle trainer that I use just as much as the treadmill. I paid to have it brought into my apartment & assembled and glad I did. The crew did a good job and were courteous and competent, although they were delayed by several hours due to bad ... MoreThe F65 treadmill is working as Id expected. It has a slight hesitation, almost imperceptible, when increasing the speedjust for a second, but its there. I dont notice it when running and it is not a big deal to me. I suspect a software issue. I also dislike the chest strap. It is difficult to put on and remove as the latch they use doesnt work very well. I have a Polar chest strap I use so its not an issue, really. Also, the speakers arent very goodthey sound tinny and cheap. Again, I dont use themI use Beats Fit Pro. I purchased an extended warranty after doing some research on the warranty company they use called Extend. They have a stellar reputation, so I felt comfortable spending the extra $169. However, in emailing Soles customer support they failed badly. Their rep, Aaron, apparently decided not to respond to my repeated requests for documentation on the warranty, sending only the serial number on the unit, which I already had. I called and spoke to Mason and he picked up the ball and got me the information I had requested. So thumbs down on Aaron, and kudos to Mason! This would be a 5 star review had it not been for that foible. Overall, I would recommend the product and would purchase it again.

Good product. Big footprint, large machine and track. Although foldable, we do not use this feature except for cleaning. Used for walking and intermediate jogging. Speakers are poor. iPad stand is just okay. Not a problem if you watch TV while exercising.

I was looking for a good-enough Treadmill for my home gym and family use. I didn't want anything too fancy, just something reliable, capable of handling my weight (250lbs), with enough features for a recreational enthusiast. For someone who just jobs, walks, and exercises for general fitness - this was the best treadmill for my needs.

So far I love our new F65 Sole Treadmill. I wanted something sturdy for home use with some decent options for workouts without the requirement to use an app. This treadmill works great and I am very happy with it. Set up was pretty easy - once we rallied a few friends to help carry it downstairs (if you don't have such friends be sure to pay extra for the setup!!)All in all very happy with this purchase and hope to use it for a long time!
This is a heavy, well built beast comparable to gym quality treadmills. Whisper quiet drive and incline motor. My other two treadmills I've owned were Pro Forms and they do not compare to this rock solid beast. Love it, free shipping and no tax with a reasonable price made this a no brainer. Assembly only took about 35 minutes with help from the wife. Just make sure you have some help carrying this beast into your home.
After just a year of good performance our Sole F63 started making a squeaky noise when running on the track. We inquired with the sales office when they reminded that product comes with 3 year warranty on parts. Upon contacting the support office I was told that the 1 year labor warranty had just ended: an hourly fee will apply, plus another fee for every additional hour as well as mileage charges over 30km. Although the 1 year labour warranty is mentioned on this page yet we don’t recall this information shared is at the time of purchase nor the sales office mentioned of this when we inquired about the issue with squeaky noise. We strongly feel some key information was missed during the time of transaction. Luckily we managed to YouTube the issue and fix at no cost ... MoreAfter just a year of good performance our Sole F63 started making a squeaky noise when running on the track. A very solid treadmill from what I can tell. I love that I can just jump on it and start running and I'm not tied into an expensive subscription. Assembly was quite easy. Only negatives that I have found are:(1) the handles are too low for me - I can barely touch them with the ends of my fingers when I'm running so it doesn't give me a lot of confidence if I suddenly need a firm grip to grab on to (I occasionally get dizzy spells so this is important to me). I'm just over 6'1", so this should be ok for shorter users but if you're tall, you might want to try before you buy...(2) I don't find the pre-programmed courses to be overly user friendly. The segments tend to jump around between much to slow or much too fast, so I'm constantly adjusting speed manually. Not a ... MoreA very solid treadmill from what I can tell. The segments tend to jump around between much to slow or much too fast, so I'm constantly adjusting speed manually. Not a big deal, as I'm leaning toward just using the manual setup and running at a steady pace for the duration of my workout, or creating my own course using that option. Although it's possible that I just haven't quite learned how to set it up properly for my optimal workout - we'll see.Other than these 2 items the unit seems great but time will tell. Sole certainly seems to have built a solid unit here though so I expect it will be reliable in the long term.
Product is "As Advertised" - Which is a good thing! We knew we were staying in the middle range for an at home treadmill, and we wanted one with the features that this offers. We didn't feel compelled to go higher than this quality or to get a treadmill with more extensive features such as a screen, etc. This one is perfect for us and is as advertised. The belt has done well at all speeds. The incline performs quickly. It isn't extremely quiet but it's not bad. Motor & Horsepower keep up with higher speeds and performance. Maintenance is easy. Assembly was easy, save for one plastic part on the not quite sticking but it isn't impactful to overall performance (more cosmetic). You can get really good workouts in on this thing. Owners of this for a few months now, with near daily usage.
First off, WOW. This is quiet. It's fairly heavy as well, so if you have it in the basement like me, you'll need to have help or be able to hold the weight. This is my first treadmill, so maybe this is the norm, but just a warning for others out there (I couldn't do much with this because I have a bad back, so I had help to get this downstairs). But to go back on that first point, it is extremely quiet... I mean, you can definitely run with this in the basement having kids on the main or upstairs floor without waking them (maybe sprints would be louder, but for light jogging it was barely audible).Secondly, there's just a bunch of fun things to do with it. You can connect your phone/tablet to the bluetooth or directly to the treadmill, and then play music or videos through the speakers in the treadmill. There's a stand for the phone/tablet, as well as a USB port (this is a standard USB port, not USB-C).Lastly, it comes with a heart rate band that you put around your chest. So that's an awesome feature, except I have a FitBit anyways so I likely won't use it, but it's still great and worth mentioning.Moving onto the critical part, and building off that last thing, you have to have a tiny star (+) screwdriver to actually use the chest strap heart monitor... you have a battery to put into the monitor, but no screw driver. So without a super tiny screw driver (end to end for the screw is about 1mm), you can't use this anyways. The other issues I had was that it's a fairly expensive unit, and it definitely is worth the money... however, the design of the arm buttons seems cheap, the fan seems even cheaper, 4 of 6 screw holes were offset.1. For the buttons, I had pressed the buttons a couple of times where it doesn't register an increase/decrease of speed or incline, but you have to press the MIDDLE of the buttons for it to really work for the rubber buttons. So it's not a "press anywhere" kind of button, but instead a "press in the middle only". None of the pictures show the buttons on the arms, which makes sense now because personally, I wouldn't want customers to see how cheap they looked.2. The fan... wow. It's bad. IT has barely any air flow, but it's something I guess. If the fan is a critical feature for you, you can get better air pressure from having someone use their lungs in all honesty...3. Building the unit where the upright poles go into the base, when I was putting in the screws, it seemed that the bottom most screws and the ones at the back just didn't align. I had to definitely wiggle the thing around to get one set of screws in, but for the other I was about to give up, but if you put it in at an angle, it makes it kind of line up.... still a bit of an annoyance that it wasn't aligned properly.Anyways, although I was super critical about those 3 things, I still love the thing now that it's built. It's super quiet, feels really sturdy and built well, and all in all looks like a good purchase. I'd recommend this treadmill for sure, but I'd also not use the fan as a selling point :p
So far, good product. Few fiddly screws but once built happy with the treadmill. Folds easily but we leave ours open. Paid bit extra for wider belt and was a great idea. Really happy but couple of downsides - the app cuts out at times & doesn’t record your run :( and Bluetooth doesn’t play music direct through speakers. Had to find a compatible jack. Fixed plate at top of treadmill is quite low down belt in comparison to HR monitors so quite close to stride but you get used to it. Couple of gripes but I WOULD recommend the F65. Easy to move on flat surface with 2 people as well. Just wish the app would work consistently when synced (was a big point of the purchase for me).
