I can not attest to the efficacy of this product yet as I have just started taking it. However, it has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and, surprisingly, in flavor. I expected a chalky, bad tasting liquid that I would have to choke down. it is not at all! The flavor is pleasant, and the texture is as well. I think it is something that even children will willingly take! I am hopeful that it will benefit my body in the same manner! I will definitely purchase again and try other products from Solgar.

Solgar is the ONLY brand of liquid calcium magnesium l purchase. all the other brands either taste weird or has an aftertaste. This brand doesn't have any of those negatives. l like the packaging, it's a great supplement and l have seen good benefits. This is a supplement l will take for a long time as it is a requirement. This is the prefect way to get my calium. I have difficulty shallowing pills and now it's not an issue getting the calium I need. Plus it's so tasty, like real strawberries. a little on the tart side but very pleasant. just love this product, I'm so happy with it.

I love this! I usually do not review things I buy, but this product is so great I had to show my appreciation. as a vegan it is hard get healthy daily requirements for bone health. Drinking two cups a day of soy milk in order to get my calcium is inconvenient, expensive, and unpleasant. This product is dairy free and I only need one tablespoon of this a day for 60% calcium 125% vitamin d3 and 75% magnesium. I will start takin two tablespoons a day for over 100% calcium. If you are a vegan this is perfect for you
I wanted a liquid calcium-magnesium to allow for tailoring the dosage amount up or down to exactly what is needed at any specific time. I was skeptical, being very picky when it comes to tastes, but I've used Solgar many years and it's one of the most trusted brands, so gave it a try. Happily, the result is that the Blueberry taste is really delish, and after using up one bottle I'll continue to purchase as long as it is sold.As an aside, for those on aspirin therapy, if you take calcium/magnesium with it, that helps to buffer the aspirin. Bufferin uses this system.
I always try to give different forms of magnesium to my 2yo. This one is certainly one of her favourite. She waits for it before going to bed. The taste is very good. Plus it comes with calcium which is awesome! But I don't recommend to have only this form BC calcium is a tricky one. So I buy Mg+Calcium like 2wice a year for bones and teeth and switch with other forms. The quality and package is Ok
