This product offers a concentrated dose of EPA and DHA. I love that the oils are ethically sourced. I only rate 3 stars though, not for pure quality but because I end up burping fishy after taking the tab.

Good capsules but very big size capsules , and not easy to swallow if you have a difficulty with swallowing big capsule .
I bought this for my father who has problems with joint pain and with high blood pressure.I am giving this to him with some extra stuff in order to stop taking medication for BP.He says that he feels the difference in his back pain, joint pain, his skin feels different (moisturized and healthy) compared to before. His mood is better and from the last blood pressure measuring his BP was perfect, I remember it being 125/85.So I'm giving 5 stars to this product and its effectiveness. By the way all of the improvement happened by the 1st week of taking it.
I have arthritis and need the Omega 3, really like this product as it's been distilled to remove mercury and other contaminants
