Solgar is a great brand and I really like many of their products. CoQ-10 is fat soluble antioxidants. It helps fighting free radicals. On the side of the bottle it’s recommended to take 1 soft gel (200 mg) twice daily with meals. My reproductive endocrinologist recommends me to take CoQ-10 200 mg 3 times/day. This CoQ-10 is a bit pricey comparing with others but by far this is the easiest one to swallow, no aftertaste and the pill is the smallest. It’s gluten, wheat and dairy free. I also like the glass bottle. The soft gel seems to be in great quality. This is my favorite CoQ-10.

CRP is a ring-shaped protein in the immune system produced by the liver that cleans up dead or injured cells. This brand is very good. The glass bottle is well sealed. Delivery was fast. It’s a shame that it’s rarely available on iherb. My doctor advised me to take it it to enhance my fertility in order to increase my chances of pregnancy with ivf. It also helped to boost my metabolism and I feel that in giving me more energy to finish my daily tasks without being quickly tired.

Really like this product but it's expensive for what you get. It's meant to be good for the brain, energy levels but been told to take it for reproductive health too. I's great and you know when you're taking it but you have to take about 300mg every day. No taste and good ingredients otherwise.

Very high quality packaging, the shipment arrived quickly and I am satisfied with that. But these Q10 pills are huge, really huge I can't swallow them so I won't buy anymore. I have to make a hole with a needle and drink only the inner contents of the pill, the taste is bad. This was for me waste of money. I wanted to try this product, but I will continue to buy Q10 from another manufacturer as before, because this is simply impossible to swallow. It may be a quality product, but it's not for me.
