Had a change in my Type II diabetic medication which depleted my B12 and threw me into a depression of sorts. Started with 1000mcg but with the purchase of 5000mcg, it was the dose that my body totally needed. Took it the first time, and by the 2nd day, I was literally back to normal mood + energy wise. The potency for me is better than 1000mcg and the effect can be felt about 6 hours after taking. I don't take it daily but still figuring out the frequency as by the 3rd-4th day, I'm down again. So I might try taking it on alternate days. Sublingual is so much better than regular so will definitely continue.

This is good enough for now. Size is small, comes in a glass container package, there's room for me, great potency and quality product.
I recommend this sublingual methylated B12 accompanied by a quality methyl folate. I’m taking it during pregnancy with 5g methyl folate as I have a MTHFR mutation.
