My 2nd bottle for this brand. Liking its ingredients and brand. Taking this with krill oil or omega for my skin and cholesterol once a day. So far it has helped reduce my dry skin. I am also applying hydrating serum. Great addition for my supplement

I have been taking these for about six months now and this my 2nd bottle. I take them at the request of my Hepatologists. He said that they have found that taking 1000IU of Vitamin E once a day helps the liver along side a good diet, but not to take it longer than a year due to an increase chance of prostate cancer. I can't say about any benefits of it as of yet as I don't have the blood tests for another 4 months, but I have had no side effects. For me they are easy to swallow, but they are quite big but smooth. Quality is good. They can get stuck together a bit, but easy to break apart from each other without breaking. I don't find any taste, but then again I do take them with other vitamins. But so far they are good for me.
