I have tried a variety of joint supplements and this product from Solgar seems to be the only one that works for my knees. I have had knee pain for years and had a medical operation a couple of years ago. Someone I know with a similar condition recommended this product, after taking the pills for a week or so, I do see the improvement on my joints. I no longer feel the pain when it rains and I am able to walk longer distances without feeling burdened. The only minor thing about this product is that I personally feel the pill is a bit large and hard to swallow for me.Quality is great, custom processing and delivery are prompt, I thought it would take weeks to arrive in mainland China, but it arrived in less than 10 days.

I started having joint pain after taking Cipro about 15 years ago. My knees started grinding and popping and they would sometimes just collapse under me while walking. Getting up from a sitting position was painful. I started taking this and noticed a big difference in my knees. As soon as I run out all the symptoms come right back within a week but as long as I take it regularly I don’t have a lot of problems with my knees. I still get a little weakness climbing stairs and I won’t carry anything heavy but at least I haven’t needed surgery so I’m thankful to have these pills.

I cannot believe you have made these tablets so large.Yesterday I choked the first time I tried to take the pill it is ridiculously large.Today I tried to cut the pill but or shattered into sharp chunks still too difficult to swallow.Because these pills are so expensive and I need to take this supplement I have ground the tablet up and mixed it into my cereal. Why can’t you just make 2 tablets or is this a selling ploy one daily tablet? Who on earth does the trials for these tablets ? Nobody could swallow these torpedos easily. I noticed after about 2 weeks that the pain in my lower back was less than normal and that I could move around more with less pain.
