Large range of vitamins and minerals. Quite large to swallow. Only been taking for a couple of weeks.
I have taking these for 30 days & feel it has made a huge difference in my energy levels. Item received very quickly. Have been using Solgar vitamins for years, the VM-Prime has everything I need in the right dosages in just three tablets.
Although the product is what it says I find the actual size of the tablets really difficult to swallow. If they could be somehow reduced in size they would be ideal. I have limited strength in my wrists & need help chopping veg etc so cutting the tablets in half was impossible for me I had to rely on help
I have taken this for some time and find it very effective as it is designed for women on the brink of menopause. It has now been discontinued by Holland and Barrett. What more can I say, but please bring it back!
