The fan itself is great however the sensor for the remote is greatly lacking. With the swing function on the fan needs to be in the right direction for the remote to work.

The remote doesn't work unless the fan is faced directly at you. 10 degrees off, and you'll need to play twister to get it to work or just get up and press the buttons on the machine. Lowest two settings are quiet. Mid setting is audible, but not any worse than a pedestal fan. Highest is loud, but not any more than a pedestal fan on high.

Works well is quiet but still provides sufficient air flow on the night setting which is what i needed most as i dont like sound at night, fits in a small space and isnt too heavy.
Cooling output could be stronger I should have paid more for more upmarket brand.The young man that assisted me was absolutely fantastic his customer service skills were exceptional and he couldnt have done more for me. Good guys you are indeed very lucky to have him work for you..
The fan works really well and its quiet. Only thing I dont like is that it needs to be facing you when using the remote control. But its only a very small thing. Its probably the best fan I have ever had.
This is a very elegant slim black tower fan, lightweight and easy to move. Very effective cooling action with 4 speeds, swing, timer and 3 modes.Works very well in my unit, especially when the air-conditioning g is not needed.
Good fan speeds and not too noisy. When oscillating it unscrews it self and falls over. Stand at the bottom is poor.
the fan is great nor finally assembled. found the instructions of thread cord through flute confusing. Suggest it read through groove. problem solved!!!
it is quiet and efficient hardly used air con since buying the tower. oly problem was in assembly when it referred to flute till I worked out it a groove
