Extremely impressed with this lounge, the pre sale service was excellent, they sales person was very knowledgeable and made buying a lounge so much more enjoyable. Delivery was excellent and really happy with the quality.
Love the outdoor suite but the delivery did not go well. Broke our lime tree when one person brought in the couch on a trolley and it rolled off. Not happy.
Lovely outdoor furniture, cushions are nice and thick and very comfortable. From purchase to delivery all was great.
The Sonata Lounge suite is comfortable and elegant looking. The service from Freedom was excellent on time and efficient. Our only concern was the amount of packaging the lounge came in, we were expecting just the lounge perhaps covered, but there was so much packaging including to enormous boxes that just said empty box some recyclable and some not. We have had to order a Council cleanup to get rid of all the packaing despite putting a good in our recycling and the neighbour's bins that had space.
The chairs arrived earlier than anticipated. They are amazingly comfortable and sturdy. The reason for the 4 stars was that: (1) there was a slight discoloured spot on one of the cushions when we received them, and (2) how the bottom cushions on the armchairs do not fit perfectly into the back of the armchair, and as such they tend the protrude by an extra 5-10cm (this leads to the cushions being repositioned regularly). However, overall, this is a great set and we are contemplating purchasing another.
This is a really nice outdoor couch and chairs set. The chairs are a generous size and the three seater couch is also. Extremely comfortable with lovely plump cushions. The wicker style adds a touch of class and looks perfect on my terrace. I will be purchasing covers for the winter to keep it looking good.
This is the most comfortable outdoor setting, it’s very well made and I couldn’t be more happy with this purchase. Often outdoor settings are hard and like sitting on a park bench, but this one is awesome
