Noise cancelling and pass through is acceptable for the price, sound quality is really good for the price. If you are cross shopping this and wf c500 this is 100% worth it. Comfort is also very good with 3 different size ear tips and they stay in my ear well. These would not be the best for running though as there is a little presure in your ear with the eartips and can have a “banging” sound with every step. Battery indicator also seems to go from staying at 100% until its almost dead so the indicator doesnt seem to be accurate in the app, not a deal breaker though.

I bought these to use while on my motorbike, as the exhaust is loud I thought I could do with some noise cancelling.It works brilliantly, not only does it protect my ears I can clearly hear the music. Around the house, switching between ambient sound and NC means I can stand next to a boiling kettle and switch to hear my music and the kettle is a very quiet distant rumble even when standing next to it.At the gym the ambient sound setting means I can hear if someone talks to me without having to take the earbuds out.I’ve now taken to using these throughout the day, work meetings, gym and house work.Although simple design and use features, they are well worth the money.

I bough this as a replacement for the faulty Jabra Elite 4 Active, just to try something different this time. ANC is not nearly as good. The surface which faces the ear is flat and in the attempt to achieve better noize isolation I pushed earbuds deep, which sort of made it work a bit better. Well, when I was trying to get them off, the left earbud’s silicone tip fell off and got stuck in my ear. Buttons are being pushed unintentionally every time I take them out or put them back in.JB HI-FI policy doesn’t allow for the earbuds replacement if the box was opened, so it looks I’m stuck with these until they fail.
