Great phone for the money. This a mid-range phone, so don't expect miracles. The battery life is exceptional but also takes ages to fully charge.
Phone is great so thats why I have given two stars. The standard of service I have received from O2 ,on multiple occasions from different advisors, since I placed my order has been quite frankly shocking and would be one star if not for the handset. Waited for near two weeks for the phone , with no communication from O2.I Have spent too long on the phone to agents who don't do what they say they are going to ,was offered a good will gesture as an effort to excuse there unprofessionalism and guess what...... Never got that either . No deal is worth the effort you will have to make to rectify what they don't do

Very happy with it, a good size and easy to use. Was going to stick with a galaxy but as soon as seen the Sony I just went with it and glad I did.
