This is so disappointing for JBL. It lacks basic features such as a visual volume indicator, when you turn the volume up or down you have no idea what the volume level was or is. Not even a few LED dots like on the Flip speakers. Do you remember what volume it was on yesterday when you turned it off? Neither do I. So prepare to blast your entire house late at night. Also it has no EQ settings! You can't adjust the bass or treble, no night mode, and you can't select a voice-clarity mode. There are no settings. Bottom line - it looks nice and solid, but it has NO features and you'll quickly realise what you're missing.

I bought this sound bar for my projector about a month ago. Works great and the size and weight is convenient and light. I connect it to the projector using Bluetooth, so there's a little bit of audio lag, but that's to be expected. Sound quality is great, I also love that it comes with a small, sleek remote that has a mute button (great for commercials XD). My space is a 10'x20' room, but I project on one of the walls so I really only need the audio to reach a 10'x10' space (not sure how this performs in larger rooms). Setup was easy, just follow the directions in the manual. It auto-connects everytime I turn it on (if my projector is on) which is always nice. Overall a 10/10 product!

Used for my TV which was frequently close to its sound limits, works JUST FINE when it comes to level of greater available-sound spectrum, but FAILS at ability to IN ANY WAY balance between voice/treble/bass. Newish TV does NOT allow balancing of sound, INTENDED that this EXPENSIVE PREMIUM-BRAND soundbar (from usurious time-payments vendor) would. But this less-expensive more-primitive model (available at lower price from other vendors and possibly even now-discontinued) also DOES NOT allow sound balancing. ENTIRELY frustrating and defeating my original intent. VERY GOOD QUALITY with only INFERIOR FEATURES at HIGH LENDING RATES.

I couldn't get it to work alongside the TV speakers which ultimately meant that the sound was not good enough for a fairly large room.Resigning myself to the conclusion that I would need to invest in a more capable audio device in our main living area, I moved it to a bedroom and tested it there.This was much better and transformed the audio experience ... (Don't forget to use ARC).It also has optical input (no cable supplied).Quickly we were up and running and the soundbar took over the audio from my TV.I have placed it on a cupboard below.The audio was in time with the speech and audio effortlessly.I tried a few movies (transformers) to get that boom and bass... And it handled them really well.This is only 2.0, so no surround sound ... Just got this from Best Buy via the app and curbside pickup. I must say this ordering system is seamless and so convenient! I unboxed and hooked up this JBL soundbar, so easy to install which got me even more excited because my Samsung tv immediately recognized the external speaker via hdmi ARC. Upon trying out different types of shows from news channels to movies to concerts and music videos, this soundbar unfortunately falls way short when it comes to sound quality. Low volumes will not bring out the clarity and when you crank up the volume mid way to higher levels you distinctly hear distortions which i found so irritating! Immediately boxed this up again and will return to upgrade to a better sound bar
