The headphones came with a weak packaging with no bubble wrap which was a bit scary but the box looked very fine. The headphone came with a headphone jack connector and usb c for charging which is nice. I was having a hard time connecting this headphone to bluetooth but downloading the anker app, reading the manual and doing some troubleshooting made it work. The nc, normal and transparency mode works ok where they do function well but not that much helpful for me at least. It also has some soundcore features on its app where it has some great features especially its eq which I liked.\n\nOverall, the product is high on quality for its budget price.

disappointed with the packaging. there was no protection whatsoever, no bubble wrap, just the box and the parcel bag. \n\nnevertheless, the headphone works really good. it kinda has a premium feel to it. cushion was comfy to wear. \n\nsound was superb! noise cancellatation is really good, i cant even hear myself singing lol. bass is good as well.

I particularly appreciate the transparency mode. The noise cancellation rates 8/10, as some fan noise still seeps through. Comfort-wise, it's a perfect 10/10 due to the incredibly soft earpads. Indeed a bass priority cans. Highs seem drowned. There's no real separations and lacks distinct sound stage, which disappoints me. I can't hear much detail. ANC is there or not there. Cycling through ANC, transparency and off, there's some tone changes.\n\nProbably, bass heavy heads would like this cans but the sounds for me seems muted. I have it on Piano setting. Bass Reducer or Treble Enhancer setting didn't improve sound quality for me. \n\nOverall, for me, it's dull to acceptable. Amazing Value

I decided I was going to treat myself to an upgraded set of headphones, and after reading pro reviews I decided it would be between the SONY xm5 and B&W s7e. I purchased both for some critical listening to decide which I preferred. While both are great in their own way -Sony noise reduction and touch controls, B&W build quality and sound - neither of them provided the level of sound quality improvement I was expecting compared to my 3-4yr old cheapy Ausdom cans I had been using. The biggest GET was the noise reduction, which is quite awesome. With that in mind, I then ordered these Q20i on sale for $39 which offered noise reduction, as well as another set of Ausdom's with noise reduction since my last set had treated me so well. After some pretty extensive testing there was no way I could justify 10x the price of these Q20i for the Sony and B&W's. The Sony's features were cool, and I the B&W's sounded the best - but not massively better than the Q20i's. 90% of the overall performance for 10% of the price made the decision pretty easy for me. I was fully committed to spending $3-400 for replacements, so thank you Soundcore for saving me big money with this excellent option.

Horrible listening experience

I really did not like these headphones. I have 25mm plugs in my ears and unfortunately the muff only goes to the top of my earlobe. Have had a pair of their NC earbuds, and was hoping these would be better. But no. These do the exact same and consistantly cut out during listening to music, movies, etc. Whether through your phone, laptop, or tv. Convenient to be able to use the same app as the earbuds, but has little customization, and the presets aren't that great. Had a $140 pair of Sony's and that never happened. It completely ruins any and all listening experience and will be returning.

Soundcore by Anker Q20i

These ear covers are so comfortable on my ears and across the top of my head (I have no hair to cushion the headband). The noise cancellation feature is really solid. It effortlessly switches between my radio and an incoming call on my phone. There isn't any sound distraction for the person that Im speaking to. I love my new headset. I hope it lasts for a good long time. Oh, and the price point is good!
