The quality is great compared to other products. Boron is an important ingredient especially when you are supplementing with zinc and magnesium. Itās a co factor and should not be left out. Itās a trace mineral. The frequency to take it should be daily one dose . Itās the right composition . It helps with bone strengthening as it helps with calcium deficiency. The packaging and the size is great . No weird taste , also tried opening it up to give it my kids , and they were ok when I dissolved in water . The benefits are many of boron as itās helps with good skin too . However if you have any allergic symptom , which is rare , please stop usage
