Having chronic bladder infections is difficult to say the least - my urologist mentioned that many of his patients experienced relief once they began taking D-Mannose. I thought I'd give it a try, and am I ever thankful for the recommendation - after a month of 1 capsule/day - my bladder infections were reduced by 75%. I have continued for 2+ years on this regimen and have had only 1 infection - which to me feels like a miracle!

Not all D-Mannose is helpful. I have tried many brands, and this brand is the best I've tried. Both my elderly mother and I get bad UTI's and bladder infections. When we take this d-mannose, we feel great relief usually within a half an hour or so. The other product I have incredible results with is Nature's Answer, Uva Ursi, Low Alcohol, 1000 mg, 1 fl oz (30 ml). The uva ursi doesn't taste great, but the help from it is excellent. We use both on a regular basis. I love this D-Mannose.

This is only my third bottle of D-Mannose. Doctor recommended for recurring UTI. I love the brand and have had no issues with it. I did the research, it rates very high. Once again, iHerb had the best deal on it. I might mention that I have had no UTI since starting this supplement!

Good for chronic yeast infection symptoms. You hear so much about cranberry being good for it but after working with a new naturopath and trying these, I finally have a shift and no more pain. The capsule size is quite large, but coated so it’s not to hard to take, and you only have to take on to see benefits. Packaging doesn’t look great but it seems to be good quality none the less.
If you ever experienced an irritated bladder and have been to GP, urologist and there's nothing wrong with you... but you still have an irritated bladder and feel like you're developing a bladder infection after sexual intercourse or even no sexual intercourse. then seriously try this... I recieved info via YouTube and they recommend D-mannose. It's changed my life. So happy now. You have to take it for life, but I am fine with it as it works for me.
This is the product that I am ordering from Iherb for last 6 years and it must always be in my home. I had problems with escherichia coli for years and always using antibiotics who didn't helped me much. With this D-Mannose I solved all my problems with this bacteria and now I am using it only as needed when I have feeling that I could have urinary problems and it help me in 2 days. So, I recommend this product to all people with this problem. I also used it in pregnancy and had no problems.
