I bought it coz i heard its good for a white hair well honestly i saw little improvement but i combine it with copper. But on the other hand i felt my bones r getting stronger. It had no taste the quality is good.

I was adviced to take it for graying hair and for anemia,but I wasn't sure.....After a month or so,I was happily syrprised!And I only take a half of the 100mg tablet! Value for money package from a trusted brand. Highly recommended!
This supplements helps your body produce folic acid (so an alternative to taking folic acid as a supplement). In addition it has some anti oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Once I finish the folic acid I currently take, I think I will purchase this supplement again as it has more benefits than folic acid alone..

I basically bought this product because I've learned that PABA helps hair retain its color. It takes a while, but I'm one of the few people I know at my age who still has very few white hairs. I had been seeing gray and white hairs develop while in my 60's, and didn't want to dye my hair because I'm allergic to everything. So I got this PABA and I've been taking it for several months, and my hair has grown in more brown and far less gray. Biochemistry is a wonderful thing if you help it along a bit.
my age is young but I have a lot of White hair. I was taking it to reduce premature graying, and it has stopped the graying somewhat, but there is still a lot of white hair in my head. It did not benefit me so much, despite the good quality and ingredients. I may have to take it longer to see the desired improvement. I take it in combination with Vitamin B, the active formula, to overcome absorption deficiency problems. it contains small amount of calcium which is good because we take a lot of calcium from natural sources.tase not bad . package is very good
