Dietary SupplementPropolis is a natural substance produced by honey bees from resins β the gummy secretions of some trees and other plants. For millions of years, bees have coated the inner surface of their hives with propolis. This practice is believed to protect the hive from contamination. Glad to have snapped that at the discount. Propolis is multiuse supplement, and having it in a liquid form is a big advantage - especially if you are taking many capsules as I currently have to.

The alcohol makes it the taste unbearable but as long as you make it quick it's not that bad and the health benefits outweigh the taste

Comparing to 2 Green (Verde) propolis that are 3x and 15x the price and also one non-alcohol, this worked really well. Taken before bed, the next morning my throat was clear. Overall inflammation in my body was down. Helped with energy for workouts. You can't beat the price. Highly recommend to add it to your arsenal of health products. Shake well and bear in mind it contains strong alcohol - like the way medicine used to be. =Y=

I should have read the reviews... The tincture is like black glue, it coats your teeth, your lips, on your tongue and is impossible to scrape off. I've also ruined the head of my electric brush. Won't use again.
It doesn't dilute in cold or warm water. It stains your teeth badly. The tincture sticks to any surface and never goes off.The way out is to use dispensable cup but even so most of the propolis sticks to the cup and very few can be ingested.Summary: DO NOT BUY IT.
