My family and I have been taking these for almost 20 years. We made it through 3 kids in school and never had to be put on antibiotics in the time they were using these, the doctor's asked me how in the world my kids were staying healthy? I now am buying the children's syrup and chewables for my granddaughter she is now in 2nd grade, so she has been taking this since she was little. They don't taste too bad. The syrup tastes like spearmint gum and my granddaughter said the chewable wafers are better (they are not minty) but are hard to find right now during the pandemic. We have not had covid at our house so I do not know how they will work for that but for the flu, this product works wonderfully. My husband takes 2 of these daily and ups the dose if he starts to feel sick. I just take them when I feel sick. When my daughter was in college, she worked at a health food store you guessed that too... as my daughter could honestly say she knew that the Wellness Formula really works to other students.

A must have for cold & flu season

This blend of ingredients is an absolute must have that I have been using for many years. There have been numerous occasions where I felt myself getting sick, started taking these pills as instructed, and was able to head off a cold (or worse!) at the pass. If you're budget strapped though, it is not budget friendly when using for a family of four. a 240 tablet bottle is 40 servings, so when fighting a bug full on, it will last you about 10 days. If you want to have the best benefit, it is essential that you take it before you actually get sick. If you take the full amount along with extra supplements, the second you feel something coming or are around someone who is seemingly sick, it will definitely help to stave off or at least lesson your symptoms and time with them.

Favourite multivitamins for winter

I’ve discovered wellness formula in 2011 and have always had this supplement it at home since then. I take 2-3 tablets on the first day of the cold and continue taking 2 for a week. It makes such a difference. Colds last much less time. I can feel much more energetic overall a great improvement in those first day of flu when feeling horrible. However the smell is quite horrid. Very garlicky. And you can get that taste for a while if you take it on an empty stomach. But it works so well that i can deal with it. You can try capsules, the smell is not as bad there but they are not as strong as tablets.

My Go to for 20+ Years

Having multiple autoimmune conditions affects one’s quality of life and this wonder capsule has helped improve my quality of life in remarkable ways. At times I’ll take 1-2 daily. But if I feel I’m fighting something I’ll take up to 6 a day for several days. Funny, if I stop taking these too soon, I the. get the bug, but if I continue to take it for a few weeks solid I manage to either avoid being down for days or if I got the bug before starting back on this regiment, my recovery time is much faster than if I hadn’t taken it at all. I’ve used the capsule and the liquid form & am on the fence to evaluate which one may be more effective. I like the convenience of the capsules but others have said the liquid form is better as it’s absorbed more efficiently.

Painfully itching

I tried wellness formula a few years ago and it had different ingredients. It used to be a wonderful product. I tried to order the (bio align) wellness formula because I thought it might be what I took previously but possibly has a new labeling yet with same ingredients…However they shipped me a different formula that I didn’t order sent me a different formula…Namely the one that has 30 vitamins and minerals combination. The number 30 bottle has broken me out with a rash and whelps and itching horribly. Summed up, they sent the formula that I did not order. I’ll never know whether the other bottle that I ordered was the same formula that I took years ago or not.
