Good flavor and with very welcome reduced sodium content. I prefer sliced and refrigerated cold for a quick sandwich or to enjoy on Wasa Crispbreads for breakfasts or lunch. Sliced and heated for fried eggs is good, too. Convenience is the name of the game. Remove from can, place directly in zip-plastic sandwich bag and slice fully while its in the bag to save for use as needed from the refrigerator. Quick, easy, convenient and no mess to clean up.

Beware of dented items !!!

bought this 2 weeks ago (delivered 10 days ago) . Just now opened the pack and 2 cans were dented and . One was dried out and the other has molds. It looks like Sam's packed it already dented because the box it cam in is in pefect condition and so is the other item in the box.

Damaged cans, don’t waste your money!

More than half of the cans arrived damaged and the cardboard packaging inside was wet and slimy from the cans popping open. As we unpacked the items the lids were lifting and opening the product up to the air. It appears to me at least that the cans were damaged at the plant where it was made because there were dents on the cans facing the inside. Really disappointed that I am having to throw that much product away because I can’t trust it not to be tainted and Sams says that it is not eligible to be returned.

It's whats for Dinner

Not many people I know really eat Spam but each to his or her own. I love and the less sodium kind I always thought might not be as good missing some flavor or something. But I was wrong thats the same as regular brand the only way I could tell a difference was to look at the label. So if I can get away with saying this help your heart eat low sodium spam. probably a million people are going to chew me out for saying that. But once again I say each to her or his own. Live Maggots and Crawling Insects

Not what it used to be. I had about 8 cans of this Spam go bad on me - within a few weeks of taking delivery. The cans had swollen, ruptured, and were crawling with live maggots / larvae and insects. I put the remaining cans outside for the raccoon and opossum - they would not touch it (should tell you something). I searched online and found that my experience is not unusual. Could be that the new generation of 'easy open' ring pull cans just don't seal well. I'm apprehensive about eating what I have left.

Lower sodium same great flavor

One of those versatile foods that is easy to prepare and delicious. I bought in bulk after comparing the price and finding that it was cheaper and since we will use it before expiration it made sense. This is great for breakfast, sandwiches, added to pastas - and the lower sodium makes it diet friendly

Spam and Ohana! It goes a long way!

I reunited with Spam in Hawaii visiting Ohana (Family) there. Uncle would fix us Spam and rice for breakfast.I remembered how much I liked Spam as a kid. After we came home, I was looking online at Sam's Club and found the Low Sodium Spam and bought these 8 packs. (I'm on a low sodium diet for my heart. And Pork is better for my cholesterol.)So glad I did! Still very salty, but also quite tasty

I haven’t tried regular Spam, but I will say this variety is still very salty; almost too much so. However I think that’s only to be expected of canned meat, so I don’t fault it for that. Crisped up in the pan, it has a flavor similar to bacon with a much softer texture.

Tasty Spam as a meal or a snack.

This Spam is very tasty, easy to fix. I slice it and fry it on a small round grill. It's reasonably priced and comes in a tin with a pull tab lid which is very convenient. Great with fried eggs and toast. Also good as a quick treat with crackers.
