My iron levels drop during pregnancy and unlike with my first two with which I felt fine, in the first trimester of my third pregnancy I could tell my iron was low due to my energy levels being absolutely abysmal. Since taking Spatone I’ve felt a huge improvement. I was apprehensive about the taste but find it absolutely fine. My midwife was pleased I’m taking Spatone over a synthetic iron supplement, as she said it’s so much more bioavaliable. Just an encourage if you’re pregnant and need to increase iron or energy levels!

My GP diagnosed me with severe iron deficiency and prescribed me synthetic iron pills. I opted for natural iron and took 1 spa tone pack consistently for 6 months. My iron levels were re-tested and I’m in the range (albeit lower end) of safe iron levels. I’m continuing to take 1 sachet a day to get my levels to the higher range. No side effects or stomach cramps, great product!
I am so happy with this product! Having taken ferrous sulphate for low iron levels when pregnant (which gave me awful side effects), I tried some pregnancy iron tablets which we're actually very good. I decided I should be taking something longer term after pregnancy as I have always had and issues with iron levels as a very pale skinned vegetarian and I chose these. They are so gentle on the stomach and have sorted my levels out perfectly. They taste very strongly of iron but I mix mine with orange juice and tap water and that's enough to not taste it all!They are pricey but are on 3 for 2 often enough to mean that's i can always get my supply a little cheaper.
Very good product. Im not first time buying it and found it's very effective. It's effective iron supplement and it's natural. No negative effect on my digestive system compere to tablets form of iron supplements.
I have tried many supplements but my body did not tolerate any of them (Including those horrible Iron infusions, I am allergic to). After many trial/error supplements, I found Spatone an gave it a try. I started with one sachet daily and I was happy that I was able to tolerate it, the best surprise was to see better blood test results after 3 months. As I tolerate Spatone very well, the following 3 months I started taking 2 per day. My last blood test results came back normal for the first time after 5 years of chronic Anemia!. Now I am back to one daily and hopefully my next blood test will keep being great!. I love Spatone!
This is one iron supplement that I'm often surprised by, in that it seems like results are felt, fairly soon after restarting regular use. Easy to take in water or juice... and it really seems to help.I tend to use this as a top up to my regular iron supplement (as I tend to remember to take pills more regularly). So I take this, when iron 'feels' low... and it really seems to help, fairly quickly.
Very good. I have always been anaemic since a child and blood tests revealed that I still am severely so. I ignored it and my hairs been falling for years and I didn’t make the connection…. I don’t know what’s in this but I’ve been taking it a few days and.i think I have low iron genuinely speaking I always feel exhausted, fatigued and my body hurts when my menses start. Starting taking this just a few days and I feel the difference. Not so run down and drained ( I do still have the same symptoms) BUT THEY HAVE REDUCED . Buy it ladies .
