I can understand the importance of trying to keep this tool razor sharp but it still seems light to tackle heavy growth. main design problem for me was the short handle which did not allow me a deep enough grip when more force was required. i imagine it was so expensive because of the material in the handle but to me it seems a costly product. i like it better with more use but cannot say that i was completely satisfied with it. thank you for your interest.

Unfortunately after clearing some thick grass the blade made contact with the ground and bent slightly. I gently tried bend it back to shape but the hardend blade snapped. Be careful not to contact the ground !

This wasn't sharp at all, and we spent a long time sharpening it so that it cut, but even then, it is sporadic. can't deal with clumps of meadow grass. difficult to get the right swing. slightly disappointed.

You may as well use a golf club.

Waste of Money

This product is flimsy and light, you need a lot of force to get it to cut anything. Already skipped it.
