I needed this hacksaw to cut a brass pipe and the blade lasted for that one job, though the blade was a very blunt at the end. I would repurchase just the blades if I need a hacksaw again.

I bought this Spear & Jackson Hacksaw today , to cut some bolts , 8mm and 13mm ,went through easily , so would highly recommend.

I used this to cut aluminium garden edgings, the cut is pretty clean and it surprised me with how soft the blade is and how easy it can cut through hard materials. Price is quite reasonable as well.
Purchased first thing this morning after someone walked off with my Stanley Hacksaw. I put it through a large load of cutting plastic pipe and metal pipe. I put my high quality blades on it and it performed as good as my stolen Stanley
