Pros: Really provides resistance. I used to wear super long fins back when I was training 15 years ago. This still has the same power but are smaller to move with!Cons: Size wise, I’d say get your size and one below (e.g I’m a 5.5 UK so I purchased 5-6)You don’t want them slipping off and a little bit of peep toe is fine.

Pros: Bought these to take my triathlon training to the next level. They're really high quality, they work great, are really comfortable and look super sleek (not some weird fluorescent or obnoxious colour way). Would definitely recommend!Cons: The fins are a bit loose at my heels but I have weird shaped feet so take this with a grain of salt.

Pros: Fins give you such a power boost in the water. These ones are fairly short so good for use in pools. Great for practising butterfly.Cons: Some have commented that these are heavy. That is only on land. Definitely do not notice this in the water.
Pros: Due to a shoulder injury I've been training with fins 6 hours a week for 4 months. These fins have provided the right balance between comfort and resistance for my training.Cons: The heal cup does dig in and cause blisters with extended use, but this is solved by wearing verruca socks - with the added bonus of amusing training partners with the socks and sandals type look.
Pros: They fit perfectly and very comfortable to wear. The material is kind of soft and flexible so they do not hurt my hurt or ankle during training but yet they never get loose and slip off either. I like the style and colours too. The price is also decent. Really like them. Thank you
Pros: - Good for power training the legs- I have size EU47 and the fit is just rightCons: When I swim with these it hurts the instep of my foot. But it only happens on the right side. So it might as well be a personal problem.
Pros: Love these- first time fin wearer and did a good bit of research before purchase. They are very comfy and a dream to swim with - the pool is suddenly much shorter! I would recommend starting slowly as they certainly work different leg muscles to avoid cramp - I have no cramps so far but can feel my muscles being worked in new ways - a good thing, but unfamiliar. The fins feel heavy out of the pool but that’s not a problem when swimming. It now feels strange without them.Cons: None so far except a better range of colours would be welcome
Pros: Can feel that different muscles are being worked . Also adds variety to swim sessionCons: Fit a bit tight -hoping that improves as I use them . Also one needs to change breathing pattern between strokes as everything so much faster-again I suspect that will improve with time .
