Label has large print stating 1000mg but then small print saying "per serving". This is actually 500mg tablets and they say two tablets per serving. This is not sold in the grocery section of the store, it's stocked around the medications. The use of supplements needs to be tracked, it's not like buying a bag of nuts or candy. IT's irritating dealing with this every day and seeing how Walmart seems to encourage it with their suppliers. I just wish the health and fitness companies would be held accountable for their deceptive ploys.

This is a simple to take supplement. I enroll do 2 to 4 a day at timed intervals. I have experience no side effect as far as I know of. It is known to be one of the most nutritional substances on the planet earth with very few calories. In my opinion, you will not go wrong with this product.

many spirulina tablets at a reasonable price. including duty and tax to Norway, this was still much cheaper than buying the same item in Norway. Will be buying more from piping rock
I used Spirolina for a couple of weeks now with no discernable effect. I'll continue since I bought lots. But only time will tell.

42 YO Male.Taking as recommended for a week now.The first day of taking, I withheld from eating any solid food and had only my normal coffee and a fruit smoothie.
