I buy this large box of Splenda once a year off of Amazon. I split half the box for work and the rest I keep at home to occasionally use for ourselves but mostly for extended family and other guests. I like how it doesn't taste fake the way stevia tastes fake. Stevia tastes like plastic to me. I can't stand it. Splenda tastes far more natural. It doesn't quite taste like sugar, though. It is less sweet to me, tsp for tsp, so I find I have to add a little more volume-wise than I would with sugar when I'm adding this to my tea or coffee. I occasionally bake with this for family members who are diabetic and they always love and appreciate it. This brand is their favorite too. I’ve been using Splenda for years. I much prefer it over sugar. This is the 9.7 ounce granulated Splenda bag (I even scanned the barcode and the packets came up instead). I disagree that it sweetens like 5 lbs of sugar as claimed on the bag. I have always had to add more to beverages like coffee or tea so they taste sweet enough. I have used it for making many desserts into low carb favorites (cheesecake being one of them). When you are using this as a substitute for sugar in baking, sometimes only sugar can be used if it’s purpose is for other things than to sweeten, so recipes have to be further modified (maybe using the 50/50 blend). Sometimes it’s trial and error with baked goods.

I was diagnosed with pre diabetes and my doctor warned me to overhaul my diet ASAP. I didn’t want to start drinking my coffee black or give up all my favorite treats. Splenda tastes delicious and not artificial at all. I love the convenience of the individual packets so I can bring them on the go and not worry about having to find a sugar substitute. You can even buy larger bags if you want to add it to homemade baked goods. This is definitely my go-to!

Great sugar substitute!

Splenda sweetener is a great alternative to sugar. I used to buy a store brand of sweeteners but decided to try Splenda for a change. I use it in coffee and can taste the difference. It has no weird or bitter aftertaste and is definitely an improvement over my usual store brand. Though it costs a little more, the price is worth it. Would recommend this product to anyone that uses artificial sweeteners.

It's Splenda!

The product is exactly what you would expect...provides sweetness to beverages without the extras that sugar provides. This particular pack of 50 is the perfect size for me. The only setback on the size of the packet is that I only need to use 1/2 at a time on single serve beverage, which is what I assume the individual packets are intended. Not sure that serving size is an issue with most customers. I just roll up the packet and keep it on deck for the next beverage. Overall, great product and package size.

Splenda Sweetener

Splenda Sweetener is a sugar substitute that has to me no funny after taste I tried in my coffee I used only 2 packets if I was to use sugar it would been 4 teaspoons yes very sweet I recently was put on a special diet for stomach issues and no sugar is park of it Splenda sweetener is a great replacement! Love the way it sweetens I use less than if I was using sugar so I save money too ! It's a great value for the your money . I can even bake with it now that is a product that has won me over ! Sugar substitute

I have been using Splenda zero calories sweetener in my coffee for years. I wanted to cut back on my sugar intake and now I cannot drink a coffee without it. I find that it is quite sweet so a packet goes a long way. I need only about 1/3 of a packet for each cup. It doesn’t leave an aftertaste like most other sweeteners.Splenda is made in the USA and the packaging is paperboard made from 100% recycled paper. It’s gluten free, parve, and halal! It’s a great sugar substitute.

Keeping a balanced diet is a good way to not just take care of myself but cutting down on all the sugar intake I eat on a daily basis is why I wanted to try Splenda out and see how this works for me. It really does taste good and contains no fat, sodium, or carbs. Wow! It also is a no-calorie sweetener that can be used just like sugar on fruit, in desserts, or in drinks and my favorite, coffee. So far, this is a no-brainer for me since I am getting older and need to use delicious alternatives to a healthier lifestyle.
