This product has been a game changer, I can’t express how much better behaved this has made my two dogs when I’m at work. I used to come home and find things chewed up and they would just run a muck throughout the day, now with the bark collar not only has it stopped the 7 hour barking sessions but it’s made them calm enough to sleep through most of the day. The staff were amazing to deal with, answered all of my questions and recommended the best product for my dogs. I had issues with my dog constantly barking while at home. He is a stubborn golden retriever and I tried other collars which never worked. After a few days I was able to let him go outside without wearing the collar and he stopped barking for a few days. Every now and again he tests to see if he has the collar on or not in which I will do some more training with the collar on. It has really helped leaving him unattended or outside to play. He hardly ever barks now and it has relieved a lot of stress. I started with the gradual increase setting but sometimes he would try and bark through the first couple levels. I have found setting it to 4/10 works well and he will only bark once and stop. Highly recommend!

Our Tolling Retriever has had a remarkable change in her behaviour.One bark at the problem corner of our yard, and the correction is enough for her. She turns around and comes inside!Then the trick was to get the collar back on her the next afternoon. She knows if the collar goes on, there should be no barking at the back corner!I think after a few days of consistent use, she will get the message🤪Thanks for your customer service team, they were extremely helpful, and happy to take my calls, and answer emails in assisting with our selection.The collar is really sturdy great quality, easy to use, and well worth the investment for a more relaxed dog, and peaceful yard. Much cheaper option than those citronella collars. The sportdog works amazingly. Our yappy cavoodle has stopped barking when wearing it as he doesn’t like to be zapped. Even when we take it off, he doesn’t bark as much. When he starts up again, we just put the collar back on.Highly recommend this product. It did take me a little bit to figure the instructions out, would be great if they could be a bit clearer or if there was a video with the full set up.
I have to admit, I was sceptical that this would work but after many nights of broken sleep I was willing to try anything. I've been using this collar for almost two weeks now, only at night, and my 16 month old mastiff doesn't make a sound. I tested it on myself and the shock is definitely startling but not painful so I don't feel bad using it on her. I know she can feel it because the first few nights she barked once it twice but then stopped. She definitely gets excited when I take it off in the morning but happily comes over to get it put on again each night and gets a treat for cooperating. Best money I ever spent!
Absolutely Brilliant. Worked on our rescue dog after the second day. We wouldn't walk our dog as her barking was that bad at any other dog, or sound of a dog barking. Having this after a week, we can walk her on the beach, around our streets and in the car. We still keep it on her just in case, but if after three weeks she stops completely, the Barkcollar has done its job. Easy to use, easy to charge and easy to fit on job. Just make sure its snug under the neck. Would highly recommend!
Previously using Citronella Spray collar on 4 a y/o female rescue Border Collie ("Delphi") with some annoying habits. OK except the spray cartridge only lasted a few nights.Changed to Electric collar, set to progressive mode. Collie is quiet overnight - occasionally a single quiet 'Yap". After one-week the collar is still on the initial charge. Delphi appears to be learning when NOT to bark. Plan to use the collar to try and correct barking and chasing vehicles.
We have a 12yo Maltese x Lhasa Apso, and only in the last year or so she has become quite anxious when we leave her unattended, or ignore her, or I fly to work for a week and she's at home with the wife, constantly barking at our side gate until we appease her. Was really hesitant to purchase this product, however our dog was becoming a nuisance barker in our neighborhood and I didn't want to upset our neighbour's further.I rang up to ask for advice and the guy I spoke to was very helpful, we spent 20mins talking and he answered all the questions I had and really knew his stuff. Product arrived quickly and had tracking. We have found we don't need to put the collar on all the time, our dog understands she shouldn't be barking but to ensure pressure sores don't develop we only put it on every second day or so or just in the morning if she is let out early. This has been a game changer for us.
