I adore the size of the bottle and the quality of the ingredients. My doctor informed me that because I don't receive enough sun, I'm deficient. I have to up my dosage in order to boost my absorption. I'm a vegan, and I use this supplement every day to balance my diet and make sure I get enough vitamin D3, which is important for maintaining a robust immune system, especially in the winter when the sun is hidden by clouds. I think this is a very high-quality product and I feel great!

It's a great source of vitamin D and supports bone heath along with your immune system. The pills are easy to swallow. There is no after taste, which I like.They provide an adequate amount of D3 and I do not need to worry my body is not getting what it needs throughout the day.

I'm back, Sports Research! I tried a similar product - similar ingredients and strength. Saving money was not worth it! When I take Sports Research D3, muscle aches and joint aches are non existent. Sports Research D3 is - in my opinion - a better quality D3 as it keeps me from hurting and worth a bit higher price than the bargain basement D3. D3 is needed in so many body processes. Be mindful of your own body and prove it for yourself!
Have been ordering this few years now and Sports Research Vitamin D3 is still one of the best choices out there. Ingredients are very clean, liquid capsule size is perfectly small. No added yucky fillers in them. A bottle of 360 capsules can last a whole year for me, extremely cost effective!
I received a bottle of this in exchange for a fair and honest review. Unfortunately the test time is very short as supplements usually take a bit longer to truly notice any effect. I will say that in researching this company, they do use clean raw materials and there is no filler or yuck present in their supplements so at least I know what I'm putting in my body is okay. They are generally very well reviewed and the price point is similar to competition so the value is good. I typically take D3 although it's in a much higher concentration but I did feel like this was effective. It's very important to note though that vitamins a d e and K need fat to absorb so it's best not to take on an empty stomach. Good clean supplement.
