My family has a fairly small yard and the medium round was as big as we can fit. With two kids 9 years and one is almost two they are on it every day. The securely fastened net around a canvas that goes to the edge we don't worry about them getting hurt. My 23 year old brother also approves, although I am relatively sure he has touched the sky on this thing. I highly recommend the ladder as well, it just makes getting on and off so much easier.So far in the past two weeks since we set it up it has been used for:NapsJumpingNerf warsJumpingWrestling matJumping...This has been one of the best investments in our kids we have made in a while. So much fun and so many memories.

We are now grandparents to 6 - this is the best trampoline we have ever owned. We had them when our children were young, then we had them for nieces and nephews. Now for our Grandchildren. What makes this different is its easy to move to cut the lawn, yet easy to anchor down in the wind. The sides are strong and there is no metal for little heads to crash into. No springs to get pinched on or fall through. Once they are in there - they are in there. Injuries to date - ZERO (knock on wood)

After our first trampoline wore out, my boys continued to ask for a replacement. At 11 and 14 I wasn't sure if they would use the trampoline enough to make it worthwhile, but they are on it several times every day. I love that it gets them active and off screens. The spring-free, netted design is safe, even for the physical play of bigger kids. Delivery and the professional assembly was fast and efficient. I am thrilled with the product and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The springfree trampoline came very quickly by courier. I was quite surprised really, considering we are in the country about 3 hr drive from Melbourne. Fantastic design and the bounce is different to trampolines that do have the spring. Honestly it feels like you are slingshot into the air when you bounce. Worth the money for sure. Its so sturdy, and it does weigh a bit but when the wind picks up, it doesn't lift it off the ground like the other trampolines with the springs. Our child loves it! Brings lots of smiles and happiness to her. And the exercise for her is so great too.
We were one of many parents trying to set up a trampoline on Christmas Eve after bedtime and we actually gave up and finished in the morning with the kids 😂 it wasn't the big reveal we were after but it was kind of wonderful just the same. I love how good it looks in the garden and the sizing gave us the maximum amount of jumping mat for our small space. I'd buy again but definitely allow daylight hours to set these up and read the instructions carefully. Not one to attempt in the failing daylight, tired. I love that all parts are covered by warranty, not just the frame- this was a big consideration as we are happy to pay a bit more for a better quality, longer lasting bit of kit.
We love our spring free trampoline. Set up was straightforward. Customer service has been exceptional! I feel like the product truly will last for as long as they say and I've supported a good company. The safety can not be beat. At first the medium seemed too small but since you can jump all the way to the edge it actually saves so much space. I hated the look of traditional trampolines and this I don't mind seeing daily. Family of 4 just had an epic movie night fort on our trampoline with plenty of space.
The videos are amazing, best I've ever seen. The assembly was so difficult that we ended up hiring a local weight lifter, who struggled with us to insert the final 16 poles. We have a compact round. Maybe this is easier with a bigger trampoline, but it knocked us out - and this was not our first rodeo. If anything ever happens to the jumping surface, it's effectively totaled because we're never going through that again. I'm downgrading safety because we contemplated just not inserting the final 8 poles, the job was so difficult to complete.
This trampoline is very high quality and well designed. We have a previous tampoline from another company which broke after three years of use. The springfree trampoline is designed completely differently from our previous trampoline and the design avoids all the problems of the other brand. Our kids love it. We have the basketball net and the kids love playing basketball in the trampoline. We love that all the different components of the trampoline can be replaced if they break. I think this trampoline will give years of fun for the kids.

We spent 5 hours on Christmas eve trying to get it up with no luck, eventually had to unassemble and rebox that night so the kids could open a gift from Santa and not just see an un. The next day I installed the Bilt app and worked out what I was doing wrong inserting the rods to the mat Looking through the written instructions and videos dozens of times before that didnt work - they are useless. The videos especially show the rods getting inserted at the end only - the easiest point of the whole thing. The instructions provide no easy clarity on how the net is supposed to get on also - had to redo that process a couple of times. More than one week later I cant sit without pain, my hips messed up trying to insert rods into the mat.
I was originally looking at inferior/cheaper trampolines but realised most of them would have been tiny to fit in the space we have. The compact oval fits perfectly but with the extra length my kids still have plenty of room to bounce around. It may be more expensive than the other options we explored but with good reason. The design features and build quality are of a very high standard. The safety features are also a good selling point. Who knows, once these Xmas holidays are over I might even get time to have a bounce myself.
