Amazing quality pants. You'll maybe have to size up.Normally i'm a medium, or size 8, that's what i purchased, but this time, it's way too small. Im 5'1'', 145lbs.The fit is unique, but the waist and the thigh area is made small.Would've love those pants otherwise. Good quality and really water repellant.Enough space for big ski boots, or regular one for hiking too.

Comfortable, waterproof all-in-one winter pants for Iceland in February. Didn't even need a base layer (but wore one sometimes). Blizzard, Rain, Snow. Handled it all. Comfy with the base layer, too. I ordered a size up to accommodate base layer, but it felt good to have a little room. I used a standard D-ring "military" style loop belt. Stylish and cute, too.

Very comfortable ski pant - bright white color. Wish they had zippers or just more room at bottom of let - with my boot warmers attached the cuffs barely fit over the boot. And the two zip waist pockets are small - can't put anything more than a few lens wipes or similar without feeling the object when you ski or bend over. ALL ski pants should have pockets on the legs! But I knew that when I bought them, and leg pockets are hard to find. So, overall, great pant.Runs small - I'm 5'6" 140 lbs and size 12 fit perfectly.

Purchased these as a gift for my daughter after she complained that her ski pants were cold, especially on the seat while riding the lifts. I own this same pair and I have to say the fit is great with the stretch waist and stretch GORTEX fabric. The insulation is very warm without feeling like you're wearing "puffy" pants. The stretch allows you to get into all kinds of angles, like race warm up laps before an event. Highly recommend these for whatever your style is you'll look pretty sleek doing it. We both wear a women's size Tall/Long 34" inseam.
So Spyder has weird sizing- I wear a size 6 and have been getting a size 10 in them pants for years. I have athletic legs- so I don't enjoy the tight pants for skiing. I want to be able to layer stuff underneath if needed. I really like these pants. I went for them due to the higher warmth rating. They are comfortable and will do well in Telluride on the cold days.
These are great! The stretch makes it easier to do more aggressive angles and the gortex makes them warm and waterproof. Love the tall sizing since I'm a very long legged, 34" inseam. The size 10 works great for layering up on cold days, as I'm a size 6-8 in jeans, 135lbs on a 5' 7" frame. Don't be afraid to size up on these. They are not baggy and the stretch waist is just great!
They never got actual use. they were returned in favor of bibs from another vendor, but as far as fit goes, my wife is about 5'4", 155#, a size 10 right now at Anne Taylor. She tried the size 12 (Short) and they were definitely tight, but the 14 probably would have worked well. She has larger thighs and backend, and the pants were more accommodating of her shape than a lot of stuff out there. Curvy girls should give these a look, but buy try 1-2 sizes bigger than your usual.
I am 5’4”, 127 Lbs and usually wear a medium. After reading the reviews and measuring to compare with the size chart I decided to get an 8. I almost got an10 as the measurements were on the cusp and glad I didn’t. The 8 is a bit loose everywhere even with first layer and 2nd layer (sweatpants) underneath. It has a belt loop so I am very happy with putting a belt on. I just got them so I haven’t gone snowboarding with them yet. I wish there was a vent zip and the size chart have more of a range than what it has. I got frost and the colour is just as expected. It’s a little long for me but I am used to that as my old one was a bit too long too and was fine over the snowboard boots.
After trying on several different brands of ski pants, I really appreciated finding these short length pants that worked well with my 5'4" frame. No adjustments necessary to correct length. I ordered sizes 12 & 14 and settled on the little extra room the in the seat area that the larger size allowed, but the waist needed a belt to rein in. They were warm for those colder runs.
I own the predecessor of this pant, the echo gtx. So I will compare the two since I own both. The predecessor (echo gtx) was gortex, 80 grams of insulation and very warm, very slim fit, polyester, and two stretch. The current pants are not gortex, 80 grams of insulation and very warm, regular/relaxed it, nylon, and 4 way stretch. I like the current pant better. The reason I bought the predecessor was that it had 80 grams of insulation, and super warm, not that it was gortex. In fact these pants (both versions) are I think the warmest pants out there. With 80 grams of insulation, I am only wearing them when it is super cold, too cold for rain, and too cold for wet snow. So don't miss the goretex. The current pants are 4 way stretch and the previous only 2 way stretch. I don't like feeling confined while doing activities so for me these are stretchier and more comfy, a definite improvement. The fit of the two pants is entirely different. I wear a 6 in the predecessor echo gtx, and a size 2 in the current echo. So, you will need to downside one to two sizes, depending on how you like your pants to fit. I initially ordered the 4, returned them for the 2. All in all, I like the current pant far better. If you get cold easily or ski in brutually cold conditions these are the pants for you.
