I was a little underwhelmed with these pens. I like the triangular body. That makes them comfortable to write with. However, the felt tips were only so-so. It seemed liked they would often only write when I had them facing a certain direction, otherwise there wasn't enough contact with the paper or something. They come in a good variety of colours, and they're very aesthetically pleasing to look at. Case design is great as well. However, the actual performance of the pen left me a little underwhelmed.

One of my go to marker brands. The tips on these markers stay sharp, which is nice when you want a thin line. Lower quality markers tend to have tips that break or misshapen. The colors are true to the packaging and are nice and bright. Depending on the quality of paper you use, you may get some bleed through. But these are great when you don’t want to write words that are smudgy and gloppy. I like using these best in my day planners or writing letters. They work fine for small details with drawing, but I would use a thicker marker for shading. Also, they do no have a weird smell, so thats a plus if you are sensitive to that.

Perfect! It's a great pen for many different uses, drawing/art, graphing, taking notes and writing overall, and even just for aesthetic! It is a great price and great quality pen, down to the very last detail. The size of the pen and the tip is perfect, the color never really wears out, and it has entirely just lasted me a while. I take a LOT of notes for work and this pen has lasted me since I got it. It has never failed on me, which surprised me because I would sometimes leave it uncapped for medium sized periods of time and it never ran dry! Plus, I work in a factory where I am surrounded by big industrial fans, and even with the fans constantly blowing on me it still has not dried out! I am most certainly buying more:)

Best Pens for Bibles or Extra-Thin Textbook Pages

I needed fine-point pens to write in the margins of my literature textbooks and my journaling Bible. My lit textbook pages are as thin as rice paper, so the pens had to be compatible. I am absolutely ecstatic over the results! The 20 varied colors are vibrant and easy to locate without bleeding through the thin pages. I also appreciate the non-drying feature of being able to use the markers repeatedly while not having to open, cap, open, re-cap, etc. The icing on the cake is the sturdy, attractive, and convenient stand in which they come. The price was well worth the value. I could not recommend these more highly.

Fantastic for Writing and Sketching

I use these pens mainly for lining sketches and I couldn't be happier with them!They're comfortable, leave clean lines, don't smudge with standard use (even after going over an area several times), the tips feel sturdy (my favourite nib size, too!), and as an added bonus they don't smudge with my alcohol-based markers! If they were water proof as well they'd be perfect, but they're certainly close enough - especially at their price point. Staples has the best price for them that I've seen (by a significant amount, at that).Whether for drawing or writing I definitely recommend this product. If they were waterproof they would be Micron's equal at less than a third of the price.(PS - the pop-up easel case is an added bonus, not only for use but storage as well.)

Love these pens. I had a set of ten of these as a kid that lasted many years, so when I saw this large pack I was very interested. I waited for a 40% off coupon to order. I did have issues with Michaels cancelling my order so I had to contact them to repurchase and when the item arrived, the packaging was severely damaged. No one answered my email addressing this and I had to exchange it at the store. Overall, pens are great, but beware having them shipped from Michaels.

Not For Students With Small Motor Skills

I bought these for students in my elementary classes to outline with. The pens are great, but some students put too much pressure on the tip and broke it even after being advised to be careful. I wish that there was a great option for outlining that didn't dry out quickly, is waterproof, and was more sturdy than these.I love Staedtler Pens for those who can use them properly.

Quality I Expect from Staedtler

I have the 20 pack of these pens for lining artwork in my sketchbook and jotting quick notes, so I picked these up to compliment them.They're very comfortable, write smoothly, and feel full of ink. The fold-over-stand case is such a neat feature and I'm glad they included it with this pack.The red, orange, yellow, and pink all live up to the "neon" name, though the blue and green are a touch duller. That's the nature of those colours, though, and not a problem of the product itself.If you don't need anything lightfast/waterproof, the Staedtler Triplus will be the highest quality coloured fineliner you can get for a bargain price. Highly recommended.

Staedtler Triplus 334 Fineliner Fine 0.3 mm Assorted Pack of 10

These are turning into some of my new favorite fineliners. One thing that I particularly like is that it doesnt feel like they have to be held straight up and down. Many fineliners seem to sort of skip when held at an angle, but these do not. The write even and smooth like a felt tip, but with the fine firm point of a fineliner. They are also doing well for not bleeding, feathering, nor ghosting through regular paper. There is some faint ghosting, but only with very thin recycled notebook paper. Although that was more of the paper just being thin, there was no bleeding nor feathering even on the thin recycled paper.

Staedtler Triplus Fineliner Pens

I have used the Staedlter Triplus Fineliner pens for a very long time because they are high quality, very comfortable and I really love their extremely fine point. The triangular shape is very comfortable for my hands and typically, the ink lasts a long time. The colors are vibrant although sometimes they aren't exactly the shade of the plastic caps.
