The vice is reasonably well made for the price, I had to clean the sliding surfaces and grease them but it works really well now, I didn't expect anything else to be fair, it is a really useful vice.

Badly designed Here are my reasons The front 2 bolt holes are directly underneath the rear face of the vice so when you come to bolt the vice to the bench you can't have the rear face in line with the edge of the bench. 1 the bolt holes miss the bench and 2 they are in the way of the rear face! You could situate the bolt holes two on left and one on right but the pressure of the vice would be wrong. All this can be seen in the pictures of the vice if you look carefully you can see the front bolt holes directly underneath the rear jaw.

Vice received on time. Excellent product, solid and heavy at will, easy to install on a workbench. Allows many manipulations with its large opening, its 360 ° rotation and its clamping power. I took a piece of an engine out of the vise so I couldn't loosen a bolt. The vice and the piece have not moved a bit, it's more the workbench that almost loosened from the wall ;-)
