Unfortunately quite disappointed in this product. Everything sticks to it no matter how much I seasoned it with care beforehand and throughout use. It's a decent size and easy to handle but do not purchase for induction cook top it just over heats and burns the heck out of everything.

A better cast iron fry pan

A good product with high quality. It is affordable and light in weight. Also it requires a minimal maintenance comparing with other ordinary cast iron pans.

Cast iron pans

Lighter than typical cast iron pans. When cured properly will no doubt provide years of reliable service as has my other cast iron cookware. The handle when used in the oven remains reasonably cool.

Fantastic Pan For Gas Stove

I bought this and the 30cm Chefs pan. I tried them on the induction cooktop however there seems to be a slight curve to the base of them which makes the induction cooktop kick up a stink so I now just cook on the gas stove with them and they work brilliantly on the gas cooker. Just remember to season it as directed and smudge some oil over the surface of the pan and the rim before putting away to protect it and you won't go wrong.Oh and if like me you love the texture/pattern of the new pan, be prepared that you loose this unfortunately however this little pan does it's job even though its not as pretty as they day you bought it. :)

Good quality for a good price

I'm gradually ditching all my so-called non-stick pans and replace them with something that will last. I have an iron-cast skillet which is quiet heavy and a super light but quite expensive AUS ION wok. While I was a bit skeptical at first I'm very happy that I made this purchase. This pan gets better with every use. It's truly non-stick and well up with my other two iron cast items (but less heavy and expensive).

Great comfortable frypan

We ordered a few different cast iron frypans, kept this one and returned the rest. It's well made, solid but comfortable to use, with a well shaped handle and not too heavy like most cast iron. Food does stick a little but I do still need to do another layer or two of seasoning.

Lightweight cast iron pan

Rating 5 stars for now. It's definitely light weight which is great. I think cast iron gets better with more use so it's still a little sticky but I imagine it will get better.

Perfect pan for everyday!

This is my second pan.i use the first one everyday so needed a second one.its very light weight, easy to clean and food is tasty n healthy too! I have switched to iron and stainless steel utensils 10 years back, and this being iron and lightweight ticks all my boxes!I even bought one to gift my sister!

Solid, sturdy cast iron pan

An excellent, sturdy cast iron pan. Very quick to heat up and maintains heat. I was using a high quality Teflon coated pan but decided to switch to a cast iron pan as we were concerned about Teflon toxicity after seeing the coating wearing out despite careful maintenance and gentle, low heat cooking. This cast iron pan is a tad bit on the heavy side but that's more a personal opinion. I would recommend finding a suitable pan cover for it for stews. Make sure you season the pan after each wash as it requires seasoning to make it non-stick (google up seasoning cast iron pans for guidelines).

light and stylish

Its great to have a lightweight cast iron pan since I find it difficult to lift and serve from my conventional cast iron pan. It looks great and stylish in the kitchen. The only slight issue I have is that despite seasoning it as per the instructions, food still tends to stick to the bottom. It comes off easily if I boil some water in it, but its slightly annoying having to do this! Otherwise I love it!
