For 40 its okay. But it is so flimsy. The plastic is soft and bends at even my 1 year olds touch. The windows do not close fully. The door does not close. Its a lot smaller than the photo shows too.

Bought this for my grandson for Xmas amazing price coukdnt be happier , its not yet been open and put together with it been a Christmas present but im sure it will be amazing
I bought this little house for my two Dachshunds to use instead of a kennel for when we are outside with them. It gives them plenty of shade and allows air movement to help keep them cool. They love it! They jump in and out of the doors and windows and have lots more fun than they would have done with a kennel. I suspect there will be fights with my grandchildren when they see it, but the dogs will win. It is easy to keep clean, easy to put together and great for small dogs to play in. We do not use it to lock them in as this would be impossible, quite simply it is a fantastic playhouse.
Easy to put together and my granddaughter loves it. Very light too, so easy to move around.
The box was a bit battered, but I didnt buy it for that. Really good value (cheapest I found). Instruction pamphlet was easy to follow. Grandson was so excited. Its definitely a winner!
Virtually impossible to fit the roof properly. Door impossible for a 2 year old to open & window shutters flimsy.
My Grandson loved this house he is nearly 3, but because of the roof being angled and he is tall for his age he can only fit in the middle. I would recommend this for up to 4 and no more. It is bright and colourful and has window he can open and look out of. We were very pleased as it doesn't take too much room up in the garden. It is easy to assemble. Good product recommend it.
Product is well priced, fairly well designed but is not the strongest product on the market. Assembly is not difficult and being plastic will take outdoor use. Not as big as it looks in picture but my grandchildren enjoy it which is what matters.
