Good cable and well built.
It worked perfectly for using a USB-C output from a 2018 MacBook Pro to a 2010 iMac in target display mode so that it could function as an external monitor.
This cable works like a charm
Works perfectly between my Dell Latitude 7490 laptop with my Dell P2415Q 4K display which is connected via StarTech 2-port KVM switch (which uses Mini DisplayPort). Connected from USB-C port on my 7490 to the Mini DisplayPort port on my KVM.
