The cable was good. The length of the cord was great. The only thing I wish was that the USB-C plug was not the perfectly oval kind. Most ports for USB-C that I have seen have that weird notched shape on the sides of the plug. I had to find an adapter for the cable which was not fun.

I have macbook pro which when connected to external 4K monitor the mouse lagged crazily. After research i found that i need display port. This port works amazingly for the cost. Love it. SO far no issues recommend it to everyone.

My laptop dont have any DP. So i used my USB Type C port of my Acer V Nitro to my Acer X24 144hz 1ms monitor. Definitely working! Thanks startech for this! Now my CSGO gaming is far more better than my 60hz monitor.
Purchased to link Dell XPS13 laptop to Dell monitor with DP port. It works but too bad no power delivery, which means you need to take up another usb-c port to charge your laptop.
So far so good. I just got a MacBook Pro 2016 with touch bar and needed this cable to get 4k 60fps on my Dell P2751Q. I have been using it for a few hours and the cable has been working great. 4K content on Youtube shows great. I will update the review if I experience any problems.
There are probably other USB-C to DisplayPort cables that will work fine with Eizo monitors but, as far as I know, StarTech's is the only one that Eizo has tested and approved. I use mine to connect a CG2420 to a MacBook Pro. It works perfectly.
This cable is a great solution for connecting 2016 MacBook Pro to desktop monitors. I have tried different USB C to HDMI adapters, including the apple one, and they did not work so well with my 64:27 ultra wide screen.
It's a great option to connect my 2 external screens to a MacBook Pro with USB-C ports only without using a dock station or a bulky and more expensive Apple made adapters. Highly recommend it!
Works great with MacBook Pro 15" (2016) and LG UltraWide monitor. Runs at 3440x1400 @ 60 Hz on my MacBook Pro (running macOS 10.12.3).
