Pros:Charges Laptop, powers 2x Display port 1440p monitors @75hertz, 1 GB ethernet, 1 USB C adapter for wireless headset, and 1 USB port used for external webcam. Completely silent, no coil whine or fan noise. Also nice that it matches the space grey Macbooks perfectly.Cons/opinions:-Power brick is huge-It is a little large dimension wise, but the fact it works as intended makes up for it.-White LED on the front is really bright when working in evening, easily fixed by using electrical tape to cover it up.Other notes:This is the first Startech Dock that I've had no issues with.
