I recently tried the 7.5” x 6” white ceramic baking dish, and it's become a kitchen favorite! Best baking dishes we've ever owned, hands down.

We had been looking for a set of baking dishes for a while, and had decided on this set when I found them on sale. The site that was having the sale let me apply a coupon that made it an absolute steal.In the 2 weeks we've had them, we've used them 4 times already and I have to say we are IMPRESSED. Dishes cook evenly due to the even heat transfer of the ceramic. I was a little worried when I read the used and care guide and it said not to use an abrasive sponge. I have baking dishes that need soaking and abrasives to even begin to come clean. This set is a dream. Cheesy, baked on messes wipe off after a short soak with warm water. All you need is a sponge. Great Cooking Investment

So great I just ordered a 2nd set! These cook & clean up beautifully! Definitely worth the investment as they seem well made & designed to last for years. My last Pyrex shattered in my hands going from oven to counter, so I did a lot of research and went between these and Le Cruset. Ultimately we preferred the handles / design on these and the reviews & price were actually slightly better. Very pleased with them and amazed at how much more evenly they cook than my previous 9x13 Pyrex.

Love Staub!

I love these baking dishes and Staub products in general. They are made really nicely and are quite durable and heavy duty. Great to cook in or just for serving and preparing. I hand washed them and they clean up easily even if there is burnt food on them. The two larger ones are great sizes for many different dishes; small one is somewhat limited in its use in my opinion. Overall great product.

Love These Bakers, The Do So Much!!!!

I tend to cook for more than just myself about 35% of the time. I used to swear by my pyrex and then I tried a set of these and replaced the pyrex and actually ordered a second set. They clean up so easily, and yes I spray them with PAM but still it is a breeze. The smallest on is great for a tenderloin of pork, one side of if I am going to do the who hog (both sides, I will go to the middle sized one. The hold the heat and cook evenly. Yes they are heavy but I wouldn't have it any other way. The smallest on is perfect of 4 chicken drum sticks, the middle on for Swiss baked chicken breast......and of course the 9x13 is the king of the road. Makes food taste good for an indifferent cook

I'm not much of a cook. I often buy the pre-cooked or pre-chopped meals at the grocery. I like to use these for heating or cooking them in the oven without using the "oven-safe" plastic. The smaller 2 work really well for this purpose.I do occasionally do a roast with vegetables., the one thing I can cook reliably. The large one works really well for this purpose, with nice browning, and it cleans up easily.

They are a pleasure to use. The look is classic, and is pretty enough to use as serveware at the table. I used the medium dish last night and it is the perfect size for 10 enchiladas (corn tortillas). Quality Control Dead Everywhere

What good does it do to produce an exceptional pan if no one pays any attention to not shipping defective pans? It isn't real important to Staub or to Sur La Table to make sure that the customer receives items they're going to love and be able to use. Remember when businesses made sure to delivered the best customer experience possible? Not anymore! The pans are definitely gorgeous, and no doubt bake evenly and wonderfully. I would love to give them 5 stars but the lack of quality control messed that up. The first set I received had a dimple of missing glaze in the bottom of the small pan. I didn't see it til I had washed and was drying them to put in the cupboard. Bummer :) Returned and requested a replacement. The next set the missing glaze was readily apparent just by opening the lid on the box... almost an inch of glaze missing along the rim of the medium pan. Does no one at Sur La Table shipping look inside the box to make sure it's all in great shape to present to a customer? Guess not. Sent those back - another 30mile trip to a UPS drop location because a box this big won't go in a dropbox. Ten days later still no pans. Called customer service who said they'd check into what was going on. I woke up to find that they just refunded my money. Why? I guess they don't like people who want fully glazed pans in exchange for $100. It gets better tho. I ordered a different color elsewhere because the blue is out of stock everywhere :( Had to return those too because the large pan had a warped bottom and rocked on the counter when touched. Won't be shopping at Sur La Table again and I have little faith in Zwilling/Staub at being better than the crowd too. Had no idea buying a deep lasagna pan would become such a ridiculous scenario.

Very Poor Quality

i have a set of the Staub Ceramique Baking Dishes, but do not use them often. After a few uses I noticed cracks developing, although I thought they were just surface cracks in the glazing. However I then noticed that the crack came all the way through. I purposely gave the one dish a bump and it broke in half easily. A second dish is cracked through and a third has interior cracks (for now…..).I have a similar Corning dish that I use frequently which I purchased before the Staub dishes. It had no cracks or blemishes at all.I am extremely disappointed with this Staub product and would not recommend it.
