This is perfect!!! At first I used to bake my 2kl roast beef and I can't believe how fast it cooked. In 1 hour the dinner was served. It's a game changer!!!I highly recommend this item. We are a family of 3.I have been using this for my stew, soup and baking whole chicken, leg lamb and beef.I will buy another one of this as it's very useful.
Another terrific pot from Staub. The quality of Staub’s products is amazing. We have had Creuset before but Staub’s surface is so much easier to clean. Also, the way the material retains the heat and the design of the lid makes Staub a much, much better product.
