Absolutely gorgeous. Bought four of these Staub cocottes in varied veggie forms, and they are the only dishes I will use for soup and risotto serving, super fancy and fun!

I absolutely love my geogous yellow capsicum. I have all 4 the staub cocotte and find that they generate many comments when used for dinner service. I manly use my ceramique cocotte for dips. The shape of the cocotte is attractive to the eye and gives a clear indication of what dip is inside. The lid means I can cover until dinner service begins.Ultra resistant to shock, I have dropped this on the floor to my horror. Design to last, I picked it up without a scratch and breathed a big sigh of relief. Easy to clean, I pop mine in the dishwasher.Mostly though my collection of staub collettes reminds me of my holiday in the Normandy region of France. I bough with the tomatoes shapes together. Lovely pot, I put salad or hot food. Sometime I used it to make deserts, for hot food it’s easy to reheat
